Elza Project: We are extremely proud of this stick built home in Warsaw, Virginia.. It is our first Earth Craft certified house with interior air leakage rate of less than 1%. Note the blower door test and duct blaster test pictures
Davison Project: This is the current home we are building. We are using systems built technology to speed up the building process which is helpful when building during the winter. These photos show progress made in about a week. We are currently building wrap-around porches and finishing the interior. Note the picture of our poured conditioned crawl space. Not very sexy, but it will provide the owners with a very dry, mold free, conditioned space.
