The Certification and Home Inspection Process

To quality for the EarthCraft House program, a builder must be a member of the local home builders association, join the EarthCraft House program, and complete a training course.

Each new home is required to pass a pre-drywall inspection and final inspection before becoming an EarthCraft House. The inspection is based on a flexible point system that requires a minimum of 150 points to be certified in these areas:EarthCraft House
